The most horrible experience in this “hotel”dirty , towels looks dirty , room dirty, staff is not friendly , I just wasted my money in this property . Couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the disco until 6-am, employees yelling in the hallways , early morning . My worst experience in a hotel , too expensive for the terrible service . This hotel should be closed by the authorities. Is insane.

Sad stay, I stay at many Whyndham hotels,this is the worst,very sad. This should be called a Super 8 .We were charged for breakfast for two days.Breakfast food was limited. The manager was disrespectful and racist. The music was loud at night. 1 night stay max

The hotel furnitures are very old and in bad conditions. The first night was unpleasant. The management changed my room, however, the second one had a very strong smell because of the humidity. I ended up moving to Catalonia. The mail elevator card reader is not working.

I've been staying at this property since during the pandemic and at every stay I encountered the following problems: bad communication at check-in, room in poor condition, no working security safe in the rooms, No Hot Water, unstable internet service; This review is in no way to throw shade on anyone, but this is a Wyndham property and I do expect that all efforts should be made to bring the quality and service of this location up to the standard that I am accustomed to at other Ramada/Wyndham hotels. While there are presently ongoing repairs I want to advise that focus should not only be on paint-job and cracks in the walls but to ensure that all rooms now have running hot water, stable internet and all rooms have a security safe for the guests to store their valuables. I look forward to my next visit and the opportunity to stay in one of the newly completely renovated rooms.
