Very friendly staff, she even gave us a map and told us tips where to go and see the best sights of Porto. Apartment was nice and clean. The location is great, you can walk everything. Breakfast was good as well.

This hotel does NOT have an elevator. As management said if I had arrived before they close the front desk they would have carried my bags. My point is that I don't believe that any where in their info about the room, there is no mention of no elevator. I would never again book a room with no elevator. I stayed at plenty of older buildings that have been retrofitted for modern stays, but all had elevators. Management is in the process of redoing the rooms one at a time, since they need updating. I discussed the needs of the room with them, so I will not natter on about what needs to be redone, except that you can hear rats in the walls while they are in the process of redoing the rooms. Centrally located, places close by to eat, mercado for fruit & drink shopping, and a huge shopping street close by also. Good location.

Quaint place, recently renovated. It was quiet place in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the poor internet connectivity, I mean not even able to send text messages, the signal got weaker the further we were from the router. I had it looked at but nothing could be done. I had a PT SIM card and data so it was okay for me. Great place to stay other than this issue.

Great location in Porto. Heavy construction on both sides of the building with lots of street traffic so it can be noisy late at night with drunks and traffic and construction starts early. Our unit was heavily smoky from prior guests which also had us leaving the windows open 24/7. Nice kitchenette, spacious and good wifi.

I stayed at the 11 building and there was some construction right behind it - very loud during the day. There’s no AC, but the ladies at the front desk were kind enough to get us a fan. First floor has a strong smell of mold that is almost unbearable. Thin walls, so you can hear everything. Old furniture and the shower had mold and was clogged. Cleaning takes place very late in the afternoon and prioritizes incoming guests’ rooms, which is very inconvenient for existing guests. The only pro was the location, but overall wouldn’t recommend.

Central and spacious
We booked the standard apartment which faced the rear. It had all the amenities, and also two extra electric fan heaters to warm the apartment. We collected coffee pods from the reception downstairs. The location was central, within 6 minutes walk from Sao Bento and 15 minutes from Trindade stations. We will stay again. Good value.

The room was quite big, warm and had an extra heaters. The aparthotel sits on busy and noisy street, plus building itself is noisy also. The bathroom was stinky and clean in proper way. We would not stay here again.

Well located, really central. But also really noisy, a lot of construction around, the air conditioner was not working so well and sleeping with the windows open was complicated. The flat was okay but not so many tools in the kitchen, so hard to think about eating their, and the bathroom was really basic.

Overall OK stay for Porto but needs improvement.
I stayed here for one night and rented a one bedroom apartment. There is no elevator and my unit was on the 3rd. floor, so imagine how I carried a heavy suitcase up there. Skillets were scratched and old, the AC was not cold enough, the futon bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, and bathroom door could not be locked closed. Check in only till 6 PM, and no free parking available. Otherwise the hotel staff were nice, helpful, and accommodating. Ok for one night, but could improve at that price.

Aparthotel Oporto Entreparedes is not for everyone! Travelers looking for something different, a good value and an excellent city location will be very pleased. Travelers insisting upon standard amenities including an elevator and a window view and conventional heating and cooling mayl not be happy. Overall, Aparthotel Oporto Entreparedes represents an excellent concept in the European city hotel environment. The renovation of this old building into several apartment style lodgings offers an outstanding option to value oriented and resourceful travelers. The staff person who takes you to your apartment is warm and knowledgable. The accommodations include just about anything you might need to prepare meals and relax. The downsides include lack of an elevator, lack of a window view in some apartments and inadequate heating or cooling. Warm comforters, wall heaters and extra blankets help. Positives include a great location, plenty of space and excellent wifi. I would definitely choose Aparthotel Oporto Entreparedes on future visits to Porto. Porto, by the way, is a great destination city.

Poorly designed bath. Shower floods the room, not even a nail to hang stuff, no place to put toiletries except on top of a wood box 12 inches off the floor must bend down to reach the deodorant..totaly insane. Bed is 12 inches off the floor, try to get up from this level down yoy might injure your back or slip. No staff between 6pm to 10p. Good luck if you have an emergency. Very expensive for few amenities.
