Situado en zona residencial tranquila , en el conocido barrio de Piedrahita perteneciente a Santoña ; dispone de plazas de parking comunitarias (no se garantiza reserva de plaza). Está situado en planta baja y consta de baño completo con bañera, aseo con ducha ,un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio , otro dormitorio con 2 camas de 90 cocina independiente y salón con tv, plana , sofá cama y acceso a la terraza.
Además microondas, horno, cafetera, plancha, nevera combi, vitrocerámica, extractor, lavadora, menaje de cocina, vajilla, cubertería, televisión en habitación principal.. etc.
Su capacidad total es de 6 personas compartiendo 2 personas el sofá cama del salón y se entrega con ropa de cama y toallas.
En los alrededores del apartamento hay diversos restaurantes y cafeterías orientados al turista vacacional y en Santoña, atan solo 3 km. todo tipo de servicios.
