Located right in the most beautiful spots in oia and Santorini. You can go see the famous Santorini’s sunset at just some steps from the hotel. Really nice rooms

Absolutely fantastic stay and it’s right in front of the blue domes!! Fabulous location! Central to everything Santorini is reknown for. Plus, I did quite a bit within a day: the blue domes, fira, the volcano, souvenir shopping sunset and walked around Oia and Fira.

This hotel is in the very center of the action of Oia. Yet quite and apart once you step into the property the staff could not be nicer. I highly recommend it

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of October and we loved it ( 2 adults and 2 kids under 4 ) perfect suite for families and so close to everything and best location for the amazing sunset As well the service was excellent ( from the bartender to the personal driver to the airport, everyone was so friendly) We will have to come back soon:)

Considering its location, its price is a steal
Right smack bang in the middle of Oia all the sights are virtually just out of the hotel’s doorstep. No view though, other rooms might have a pool view, but expect to pay top notch price for a room with a view at that location. Modern amenities. Very chic design and spotless condition.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during my trip to Greece. It's located in the central area of Santorini (Oia), right next to the 3 blue domes. However, be mindful that this area can get very crowded in the evenings when all visitors from other areas & cruises come to see the sunset. This is a small hotel with a pool. The hotel is kept clean. However, I don't think it's worth the money spent, fairly expensive compared to the facilities offered. No breakfast, internet did not work for the most part which was annoying. I bought data on my phone but even that would stop working once I enter hotel's premises, no signal. Another downfall was the way the room was set up. Bed is set up in a bunk bed setting. I bumped my head few times going up the stairs. You have to pretty much kneel down to go to your bed, quite literally. Overall, ok if the only thing you prefer is location but I would not stay again.

The employees were all amazing. However, some drawbacks of the hotel I could not overlook. The WiFi was terrible and the power often went out in the evening. My room was infested with fruit flies and one more type of flying insect. It seemed they came from somewhere in the bathroom -shower drain or vent. I killed more than I can count, and they just kept coming. This problem existed at check in until check out, no food was left open either. So just a heads up for those of you who despise insects.

Do not expect hospitality here
During our trip, transportation throughout the Greek Isles was halted due to high winds. We were stuck on a different island and were unable to make our stay here. We informed the hotel a day in advance that this very likely could happen. They not only refused to refund us in any way; they called and woke us up the night of what would be our stay to clarify once again that we would not be coming. Given all the confusion with vacationers being grounded on various islands I believe it’s because they wanted to turn around and sell our room and therefore make double income on it. All other hotels we stayed at in the Greek Isles were much more understanding of the difficulties induced by weather.

As overall, the property was quite good and the room was very clean and preppy. I also liked the variety of breakfast options that you get to choose. However, we faced a big issue there when we arrived. My friend had joined us last-minute and we requested an extra bed to be added to the room. The guy at the reception said there was no room in the given room and that the hotel was full, so our friend couldn't stay there, even though we offered to pay whatever the requested amount just not to leave her alone in a different hotel. So we tried to find a different hotel online, on Expedia, after searching, we found a room in the same hotel. When we booked it and paid for it we went down to the reception and told the guy there what happened. After calling the manager, he requested to talk to me. The only sentence he said was: "You are not in your country, you are not in your country. Why are you making problems, the hotel is full!" I tried explaining the situation for him when he ended up telling me BYE BYE BYE and hanging up the call on me. After calling Expedia and explaining everything to them, we managed to get a refund and our friend ended up in another a bit far away from our hotel alone.
