It was okay. The room was nice and clean. Bathrooms had soaps. No shampoo, though. Towels were fresh each day and room prepped immediately.

Location is close to the action so no need to rent a car to visit the main city. Price was reasonable but you get for what you pay. The room they had for us was very small and we could not even have our 3 luggage in there. They moved us to a bigger room but it was not a room exactly. More like the old house there. The sewer was very bad and smelled for hrs after a use. That is a common problem there. The old couple who runs the place was friendly. There was always fresh towels in our room every day.

Clean rooms friendly staff close to Thira
Very clean rooms with thorough servicing each day. Extremely helpful staff helping us with ironing/taxis etc. Nice pool. 5 min walk to Thira and bakery’s/supermarkets even closer. Only improvement I can suggest is more comfortable beds and pillows as they were a bit hard. But other than that fantastic for the price!

Great location for exploring Santorini
We loved staying at Hotel Palladion. It's an ideal location, just a short walk in to the main village of Fira, and close to quad bike/scooter hire shops if you want to explore the island. The hosts don't speak much English, but are absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Great value for money, in what can be an expensive island.

Unpleasant! Clean overall but bad service, Old uncomfortable beds, old bed sheets and towels, tiny bathroom, no shampoos only two tiny pieces of soap. Very hard to take a decent shower. Internet not working at all, had to go outside near the office to connect to the Internet. TV never worked. Location was OK.

perfect place with a comfortable vibe
Wonderful time. The hotels on caldera view are over rated and some areas smell like cat urine. Staying at Palladion was PERFECT! Easy walk to fira to view sunset, all amenities a traveler could ever want. Beach is a 5min drive to monolithos and quite private. Views of sunrise a short drive away was much more spectacular that sunset.

Very good location but a little dated.
Hotel was in a very good location walking distance to Fira and bus station with buses to the rest of the island. The room was a bit noisy with thin walls and close to the main road and the facilities a little old and dated. Overall it felt safe and secure and was an ok hotel.

Convenient, clean and worth the price!
We enjoyed our stay at Palladion, an easy walk into town (10mins), nice little cafes nearby to eat/snack and arranged to rent a scooter for us. The family running was very sweet and helpful and took great care of the hotel. Pool was a little noisy right by the road but it was clean and great for a dip at the end of the day or a little down time. Showers were small which is typical for the islands but very clean with good hot water so we were happy. The only thing we would suggest is different pillows - we found them too hard but to other they may be perfect! We didnt bother asking to change but im sure they would have accomdated us. Overall worth the price!

Great location, only 10-15 minutes walk into Fira and main bus station. Main bus routes, including Airport stop right outside. Local bars, resteraunts, shops, laundry and 24 hour bakery no more than 2 mins walk away. Owners kindly waited up for us as our flight arrived just after midnight and were very friendly. Air con worked perfectly when the room door was fully shut. Cracking location for the price in high season.

Our initial impression wasn't great - the shower is tiny, wi-if is free but you can only access it in the reception and the landlady speaks very limited English. It is, however, close to a public bus stop, great restaurants and only a short walk to Fira town. For the price we paid, you can't really expect more. Overall we enjoyed the stay, and the landlady even offered us free souvenirs and luggage storage for the day. Recommended if you're traveling on a budget, but if you're going for luxury, rather skip this hotel

Cute little family owned hotel with absolutely everything you need, including a small but well utilised swimming pool! Hotel room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels ect. Owners speak only partial English but incredibly helpful when needed, they were even nice enough to drive us to a different bus stop so we wouldn't miss our ferry! Very budget accomodation but everything you need in a cute little hotel - and at an extremely good price for Santorini! Wifi was also great in our room! Bus stops literally out the front to take you to Oia, Perissa and other beaches, and it's only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Fira

The hotel is placed 10-15 minutes from the city center which was very convenient. Places to eat at, supermarket and a bus stop is right beside the hotel which was great! Service was great,lovely people, felt like I was home :))

Dad with 23 year old Daughter we had no complaints at all considering how cheap. Very limited English and no drinks or food but a fridge and Aircond. Supermarket 500 metres. Nothing was a problem even a lift early am to airport. Very pleasant stay and close to Fira

20 Minute Walk From Town
The hotel was nowhere near where it was shown on the map. It took 20 minutes to walk to the nearest cliff area for sunset. The bath room had no window, no shower curtain, no fan, no shampoo and no floor mat. It did have one 15 watt bulb. The bed and pillow were terrible. The only place I have had a worse nights sleep recently was on the floor of the Houston airport. I stayed several nights and no one left any baked goods in my room as mentioned in another review. Hotel room is 10 meters from the main highway between Thira and every where else on the island except Oia. It is noisy all the time . On the good side, the black out shutters worked well as did the AC and the refrigerator.
