Good location good staff good facilities
Lovely big upper room with balcony Great breakfasts and nice pool area. Attention to detail and quality in services provided - eg large bath towels, toiletries, decent toilet paper, hairdryer. Shout out to housekeeping - great job but maybe look at reducing linen changes and apparently recycle plastics/cans. Guest choice re linen changes could reduce costs and environmental impact.(ie daily not necessary) Fridge in room with mini bar. euromarket busstop and supermarket <5 mins, likewise beach and main strip of restaurants from Perissa to Perivolos. Check out Lava taverna. Enjoyed a relaxing stay - thank you Konstantinos

Konstantinos was super helpful and very nice. The accommodation was modern and nice looking. The pool was fantastic. About a 25 minute walk to Perissa but only a 5 minute walk to Black Beach. A really great spot if you want to be in a quiet area with a great beach and are happy to drive or catch transport to Thira / Oia. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful and quaint little spot with clean, spacious rooms and a stunning and secluded pool. The manager was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. Breakfast was quick and delicious. Markezini (the cat) was adorable even if she was mostly too hot to move!

We had such an amazing stay at this villa! It exceeded our expectations especially for having such an affordable price. The place was very clean and private. The concierge helped us with everything. He made our experience so smooth and enjoyable. Such an amazing experience, we were so sad to leave. I definitely recommend this stay to anyone wanting to visit santorini.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Markezinis, George at receiption could not have been more helpful! Great recommendations on things to do and places to go, helped us with ATV rental and transfers to and from the airport. The hotel was cleaned to a great standard every day and the pool area was a lovely addition. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Santorini who wants to be close to the beach and only a short drive from the main cities.

We had a great stay at Villa Markezinis, the front of desk staff George was great he was the nicest receptionist we have ever had. The location was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Let me tell you about George!! Accommodating, thoughtful, knowledgeable and attentive. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious and the pool was a great bonus. It is down the street from many restaurants and beach side taverns! Will definitely be coming back and would absolutely recommend!

Great staff, nice quiet location set back from the busy beach with good transport links. Definitely recommend this place for value for money. We went into a near by hotel which was 4* and we were shocked compared as to how bad it was compared to Villa Markezinis. Ps... ADD BREAKFAST TO YOUR BOOKING!

Another wonderful trip to the Markezinis. Mary, Maria and Kostas cannot do enough to make you happy and welcome. The rooms are spotless with everything you need, breakfasts choice has expanded this year with some great additions. Sad to leave as ever but will be back!
