Outdated and in a dangerous part of town
I was booked to stay for 5 night at this hotel, but after arriving at the hotel I realised that I really didn't want to stay there. The hotel is in old downtown in the port area. It is deserted on weekends bar for the many prostitutes that prowl the area. I didn't risk going out and decided to use the hotel restaurant. I ordered a rare steak that came eventually cooked to one inch of charcoal. I sent it back and what the kitchen sent out again was like leather no tender meat. The restaurant was empty and I soon understood the reason. The restaurant staff are rude and act as if doing you a favour. Please avoid this hotel to avoid disappointment. Luckily I was able to check out the following day and booked myself into another hotel in a much nicer area.

Excelente localização para os locais onde eu precisava ir. Quarto grande, cama super confortável, chuveiro uma delícia com jato bem forte. Ótimo horário de café da manhã. Ótimas dependências. Pontos a melhorar: ter sabonete líquido no banheiro para lavar as mãos, atualizar a TV do quarto, pois não é smart. Ao redor do hotel é uma região mais deserta, não tem restaurantes, você pode almoçar/jantar no hotel, pedir um IFood ou sair para comer em outro local. Mas no geral é muito bom, passei apenas um final de semana que me atendeu super bem.

Estadia desconfortável! fiquei em um quarto ao lado do ar condicionado que fazia barulho 24h, além disso os travesseiros eram bem duros e precários. Quarto bem grande, mas falta cuidado nos detalhes, verifica-se serviço de rejunte mal feito, chuveiro antigo, parede suja, dentre outros detalhes.

A minha estadia foi ruim. O hotel está situado numa região péssima. Vila Ema, se eu não me engano, é Centro Antigo. As ruas ao seu redor estavam em obra. A garagem com vagas apertadissimas estava lotada no sábado quando cheguei do evento. As paredes do quarto são sujas. A cama é desconfortável. A pia do banheiro estava entupida. A noite ouvia muitos baralhos, batidas nas portas ao lado. Estava sozinha e senti medo. Não gostei. Minha experiencia foi péssima. Não volto e não indico. Estava participando de um evento no Centro de Convenções de Santos. A estadia saiu no nome do meu filho porque paguei com o cartão dele, mas me hospedei sozinha.
