Stay at tha Alven Hotel was ok in General. Front desk staff did not speak English so I used a translator app. Hotel was divided in two (old vs new) areas. I was placed in the old side myself and room had a antique vibe. Room was comfortable but a 32 inch tv too small for the size of the room. The wifi was slow & often disconnected from my tablet. The restaurant & staff were pleasant. Pool area nice. The hotel surroundings needs mayor fixings. Anything from abandoned buildings & places with graffiti.

Reservei o quarto e na descrição constava 1 cama de casal e uma solteiro. Chegando o quarto tinha 3 camas de solteiro. Foi alterado o quarto pela recepcionista e tudo ok. O café da manhã estava frio e não havia descrição dos produtos. Localização ótima.

Apesar de estarmos na parte Antiga do hotel, tivemos acesso a todas as dependências do mesmo. Na questão conforto, o quarto triplo deixou a desejar pois a terceira cama fica numa ante-sala que não tinha ar condicionado.

Frustração
Primeira vez no Alven, fiquei na parte velha, quantos grandes, banheiro grande. A limpeza fraca, o ar condicionado imundo. Banheiro antigo, limpo por cima assim como o quarto, apenas pelo caminho. Eu não recomendo a reserva na parte velha. Sempre admirei esse hotel e dizia para mim, próxima estadia vai ser no Alven, mas a expectativa foi maior do que a realidade!
