Bom hotel, confortável, limpo, com boas opções de café da manhã e jantar, porém com poucas e confusas informações na recepção e com vendedores do novo resort sendo ostensivos na abordagem. Fui pra descansar, não pra comprar cotas no novo resort.

The hotel is ok to stay although the bathrooms were dirty, the bed was worn and uncomfortable, noisy elevators, poor food selection, very expensive and overpriced food and beverages and some rude employees. Unfortunately won’t return.

Amazing Hotel!!

Hotel muito bom! Quartos grandes e confortáveis. Grande variedade no café da manhã, inclusive uma estação para omeletes, misto, ovos e tapiocas feitos na hora. Jantar vale muito a pena também, sempre com variação na comida e muita opção. Piscinas quentes e com música. Monitores para crianças também foi um grande diferencial. Serviço de manobrista muito bom e rápido. O único ponto ruim no hotel foi os elevadores, apenas 2 para o hotel inteiro, felizmente não tive muito problema pois não estava “cheio” mas sempre me imaginava na alta temporada.

Best place to stay in Olimpia. Amazing food and service. Very Good room, restroom and bedroom. We liked a lot. I strongly recommend. I came back soon!!!!! The Arabian food was fantastic!

Pior hotel que já fiquei

Pior experiência em um hotel que já tive. Elevadores insuficiente para quantidade de hóspedes, fiquei no quinto andar e tive que subir e descer de escada todos os dias. Fila para o restaurante, fila para esperar o carro, tudo que o hotel se metia a tentar aumentar a qualidade da estadia eles complicavam mais. Se deixassem as pessoas pegar os próprios carros no estacionamento, talvez seria melhor. Check-out, quase uma hora de espera. Tudo horrível, quase estragou o passeio da minha família.

Muito bom

Hotel muito gostoso com área de piscinas muito boa . Sempre muito limpo e organizado, funcionários com muita educacao ! Só no primeiro dia achei jantar razoável , estante dos dias café da manhã e jantar estavam muito bons , tem van para levar até o parque aquático beach Hot gratuito q estava em perfeita ordem , apenas na volta q foi um ônibus para buscarmos q encontrava sem ar condicionado e foi bem tenso com muita gente ( lotado) e sem nenhuma ventilação, precisam ficar atento a isso ! De resto muito boa estadia ! Voltarei com certeza !!
