Great - except for loud music all day long
Perfect location. Could walk to the Thermas water park, as well as local restaurants. The complex also includes a small mall with a great food court, ice skating rink and a Burger King. It was nice to be able to leave the car parked in the underground garage instead of in the hot sun. The property is a mix of apartment buildings and hotel rooms. Two buildings are still under construction. The rooms were very spacious, by Brazil standards, and included two AC units. My only complaint would be how noisy it was from 9 am till dark they would set up a big PA system on chairs in the middle of the pool area and blast loud music, intermixed with various announcements and games. I understand that they want to make things entertaining, but it was often so loud you could hardly talk to anyone, and since the pools are right in the middle of everything, the sound rises up into the rooms. I’d recommend that they save the loud DJ part for a few hours in the afternoon and the rest of the time just play something cheery and peaceful from small speakers around the pool area. One wants a little peace on a vacation.

O local é bom para descansar com a família, embora seja muito cheio, os elevadores não comportam tanta gente, a espera é grande. O restaurante é muito bom, muitas comidas variadas. Desde o primeiro dia de estadia, houve muita queda de energia, causando um desconforto gigante para minha família, estávamos no décimo sexto andar, e tivemos que nós deslocar por escada, dificultando por estarmos com criança. Por alguns momentos fomos impedidos de subir para nossa acomodação pela falta de energia. Ficamos muito frustrados e olhando por esse ponto negativo, não posso afirmar que voltaremos a nos hospedar novamente, por que não fomos respaldados em nenhum momento em relação a isso.

Considerações sobre a minha estadia
A experiência no Enjoy foi bacana, check in feito no sábado após 15h sem filas, o mesmo para o check out feito na quarta-feira. As instalações do quarto são boas, disponibilidade de toalhas e amenities, toalhas para piscina. A limpeza do quarto que fiquei no 17° andar foi impecável, colaboradora está de parabéns, muito organizada e educada. No apartamento tem frigobar e microondas, porém utensílios de cozinha não dispõe. O café da manhã diversificado com pães, bolos, sucos, frutas da época, ovos, salsinha, linguiça, iogurte, frios e etc. O atendimento dos funcionários era bom em especial do Pedro no restaurante no horário do café. Os valores da alimentação dentro do resort são um absurdo de caro, um copo de 300 ml de Açaí $36 e os complementos cada um entre $5 e $7. A empresa responsável pelo resort WAM, deixam os consultores abordando os hóspedes na saída do café, é muito chato, porque muitos são insistentes e ríspidos em caso de negativas. As piscinas são boas, abrem a partir das 07h, ficam limpas pela manhã até início da tarde, porém até às 23h não garanto, deveria ter alguma ordem para limpeza das mesmas, pois não tem como entrar depois, principalmente com bebês, mesmo as de criança ficam sujas e com as águas turvas. O resort é próximo ao centro, tem supermercado, lojas, alguns restaurantes e farmácia. A cidade é pacata e tranquila! O resort fica ao lado do Thermas dos Laranjais, porém não tem desconto p/ quem está hospedado, recomendo a compra antecipada $140. Voltaria

Check in de quase 2h.Não tive uma boa experiência.
Infelizmente não posso dizer que tive uma boa experiência. No check in fiquei 1h45min esperando para disponibilizar um quarto. Tive que falar que ia cancelar a reserva, pois me falaram que ia ter que esperar mais 1h, porque o quarto não estava liberado. Após chegar no quarto 16h, isso porque cheguei no hotel 13h55min o quarto até ajeitado, mas a sujeira era completamente visível. Meu chinelo foi para debaixo da cama, eu abaixei para pegar e parecia que nunca passaram um pano lá debaixo. As áreas de lazer são boas e a comida muito boa.

Quarta vez no hotel... Porém tem ficado chato, tão cheio que fica impossibilitado de tomar um banho de piscina, acho que deveria ter uma limitação ou claro aumentar os espaços de piscina, sem contar a galera a WAM acho que é assim que fala, muito insistentes para te levar a uma compra de fração de AP, chagam a abordar de 2 a 4 vezes no dia.... Enfim, o hotel é muito bom gosto muito de me hospedar no local, mas da última vez para esse eu não consegui usar a piscina...

Hotel muito bonito, repleto de atrações. Porém o horario da recreação infantil que é colocado no hotel não aconteceu. Teve dias que ficamos esperando e não teve a recreação. O que foi decepcionante, é que espalhado pelo hotel ficam vendedores insistindo para vermos um vídeo sobre negócios, o tempo inteiro abordam, e não aceitam você dizer que não quer.

Ótima opção para quem frequenta o thermas dos laranjais. Almoço, janta e café da manhã me surpreenderam, excelentes. Instalações da propriedade mostra necessidade de manutenção. Como nossa reserva foi pelo hotels.com nos colocaram no primeiro andar atrás de um guarda corpo com vista para os aparelhos de ar condicionado.

Passeio em Olímpia
Fui para Olímpia conhecer o parque hot beach e fiquei hospedado neste hotel. O hotel conta com um espaço para crianças nas piscinas. O chão da parte molhada é super escorregadio. Meu filho ficou com ralados e escoriações dos tombos que ele levou. Todas as crianças caíam. Inclusive eu caí ao tentar levantar meu filho em um dos tombos. A água na parte infantil não é termal. No apartamento havia um forte cheiro desagradável que vinha do ralo do banheiro. Como ele não tem janela, precisamos abrir todo o quarto e tampar os ralos com os tapetes para amenizar. Os travesseiros são bem ruins. Todos encaroçados como se tivessem passado por uma máquina de lavar. O complexo do hotel é bem grande. Nos dias de movimento é necessário muita paciência para andar nos elevadores. São três por torre. A parte de alimentação é ok. Poderia melhorar pelo valor cobrado, porém é difícil avaliar dado a quantidade enorme de pessoas a serem atendidas. Acabei não aproveitando todas as opções de entretenimento do hotel, como a própria piscina e áreas de lazer. É um lugar legal. Para quem vai para a cidade conhecer os parques igual eu fui, creio que há opções mais modestas porém mais em conta que possam atender bem.

Apesar de muitas opções de diversão, o chuveiro é bem ruim e nós acordaram às 8 horas para verificar o frigobar. Sem noção quem colocou isso como rotina do hotel. Falei na recepção sobre isso e me responderam que era o hábito no hotel. Não voltarei, afinal fui pra descansar!
