Melhorias necessárias
No sentido de melhorar as condições do Hotel: Controle de luz pelo chaveiro é muito ruim pois não há um deley entre fechar a porta e ascender a luz. Banheiro: não existe bancada só a pia de pé, antiga e pequena, cesto de lixo anti higienica, aberta sem tampa. Ar condicionado no alto sem condições de acessar para aumentar ou diminui, deveria ter um controle remoto.

O hotel está localizado em uma área de bares e restaurantes, que produzem um excesso de barulho no período da noite, especialmente, em finais de semana, e não respeitam, minimamente, os preceitos da lei do silêncio, estendendo apresentações musicais com sons muito elevados além de meia noite.

Estadia
Escolhemos esse hotel por apresentar um aspecto exterior muito bom. Entretanto dentro foi diferente. O apartamento que nos foi dado tinha problemas de limpeza, o encanamento da pia do banheiro estava entupido e o tapete do box estava esverdeado. Os lençois tinha-se a impressão de que não tinham sido trocados. Por outro lado, o atendimento foi impecável, o pessoal foi muito gentil e atencioso. Reclamamos e fomos atendidos.
