I was looking for a place to do some remote work and relax by the beach. The hotel fulfilled its purpose. The breakfast has enough options from scrambled eggs to breads, coffee to detox juice. The room was comfy and quiet, facing an internal patio. The service at the swimming pool was terrible, I would fix that immediately because it has a great potential. Options were limited in terms of food and drinks. The place is ideal if you love the beach, exercise by the morning and not looking for a luxury experience.

The room is nothing fancy, just a plain room. The top floor pool and bar are nice, I think the only hotel on the strip with a pool. Location is great with beach and plenty bar/restaurants across the street

O hotel esta muito bem localizado. O hall de entrada é muito bonito. E o atendimento do staff é excelente Ricardo, Joelma, Fabiana, Francisco, Alef e os outros nos atenderam muitissimo bem. O ponto negativo é para os apartamentos que precisam de uma atualizacao e precisa também trocar as toalhas e roupa de cama que estao muito ruins.

Pior atendimento e pior cafe da manhã
Minha estadia foi péssima, qnd cheguri 3 da manha, morto e cansado ja comecei a ter problemas. O atendimento aobpublico da recepção é terrivel. Primeiro n sabem dar uma boa noite, segundo: cara fechada e amarrada, parece que estao de graça, terceiro me colocaram no quarto errado, nao pediram desculpas e ainda queriam que eu descesse com o cartão, sendo que nao tinha ninguem chegando e dois atendentes lá (o cara que estava ensinando era o pior) dps esse cara subiu pra pegar o cartão e me disse que estava fazendo um favor.nunca vi um atendimento tao ruim. Eu como empresário se um funcionário fizer isso ė demissão. Nos outros dias parece que a recepção mudava de pessoas mas continuava o clima de cemitério e a falta de educação. O cafe da manhã é o pior que ja comi na vida e sem exageros. TODOS estavam reclamando. Pontos positivos a piscina e o funcionários do restaurante e limpeza. O quarto é ruim. Nao volto nem de graça. Cardapio do restaurante n tem quase nada
