Basic rooms at basic prices. Breakfast choices adequate but nothing extraordinary. Helpful staff, loud AC in the rooms, hot dining area for breakfast. Comfortable beds but rooms small and ugly.

Ambiente limpo e atendimento de boa qualidade. A única ressalva é que ao lado do quarto 112, na janela especificamente, tem um gerador que faz muito barulho, chegando a ser insuportável (a depender de quem tem mais paciência ou n).

O primeiro quarto que fui encaminhada estava extremamente mofado, o segundo que me colocaram estava um pouco menos. O quarto é pequeno, pouco ventilado e o chuveiro não esquenta. A experiência com funcionários foi boa majoritariamente.

Muito mal localizado, longe de tudo, longe da praia, do Centro Histórico e dos Shoppings; região muito desagradável. O hotel precisa de uma manutenção corretiva completa, muita coisa pra arrumar, incluindo o elevador e as áreas de lazer; cheiro de mofo no quarto e corredores. Ponto positivo é a moça que arruma o quarto, muito cuidadosa e a roupa de cama. Café razoável.

Estadia maravilhosa!
O hotel é muito bom! O atendimento foi agradável e atencioso, nos realocaram quando tivemos problemas com o ar condicional sem nenhum custo adicional. O hotel é seguro, os quartos são limpos todos os dias e o café da manhã é bem servido, além de uma localização muito boa, próximo a restaurantes, supermercados e padaria. Os pontos negativos foram apenas o ar condicionado que não resfriou em um quarto e fazia barulho e o estacionamento não tinha acesso direto para os apartamentos.
