Ficamos apenas uma noite, os funcionários eram super educados e solicitos! Mas o quarto estava com cheiro forte, limpeza mediana. No geral para passar uma noite só foi tranquilo.

Falta capacitação do funcionários quanto ao novos sistemas de admissão de clientes. Falta de comunicação entre a secretaria e o pessoal de limpeza. Falta de manutenção dos chuveiros e ar condicionado

Já fiquei hospedada neste hotel algumas vezes em quarto de casal que era reformado e muito confortável (cama, banheiro e espaço) No quarto de solteiro acho que precisa reforma mas ainda assim atende o custo/beneficio Precisa melhorar o café (só 2 tipos de fruta que estavam passadas e não tem queijo branco que é importante pra quem faz dieta de restrição e tb não vi água disponível)
