De positivo o café da manhã e a atendente Isabele, além do quarto que é legal ! A pousada não tem outro serviço fora o café da manhã e, pra completar, a única opção de lazer que é a piscina, estava sem condições de uso em 3 dos 4 dias que ficamos por lá . Imagina estar com crianças e não poder usar uma piscina durante a estadia ??? Pois é…Várias desculpas, nenhuma plausível ! Piscina verde musgo mesmo e nenhuma compensação oferecida. Ouvimos dizer que os donos moram no local, mas nem para chegar até nós pra se desculpar o fizeram !!!

Decepcionante. A bomba d'agua quebrou. Tivenos que tomar banho c agua mineral que nós mesmos compramos. O hotel não ofereceu nenhuma compensação pelo infortunio. A piscina estava muito suja, não pudemos aproveitar nenhum dia

Ocorreu tudo bem na estadia. Funcionários simpáticos e solicitos. Café da manhã gostoso! Chuveiro elétrico, poderia ser ducha! Não fica tão próximo ao centro, nada que o carro não resolva ou uma caminhada de uns 15min!

Chalés amplos. Ambiente agradável. Atendimento excelente. Camas pequenas. Tivemos problemas com o vaso (entupimento) algumas vezes. Piscina muito bonita, mas o hotel não tem restaurante para servir drinks e petiscos (apenas para o café da manhã, que é razoável).

Excelente!
Ótima localização.. poucos km da Rua da Xepa onde concentra a gastronomia local. Pousada aconchegante, limpa, ótimo café da manhã. Só não é possível chegar à beira mar a pé, pois a região tem essa característica. E a Eliane nos atendeu MUITO bem!

Minha estadia foi curta mas a melhor até hoje de Sao Miguel, o quarto é enorme e a cama bem confortável. O staff é muito atencioso e educado. Café da manhã variado e com uma vista linda. Vale super a pena!

A pousada é incrível, super bonita, espaçosa, confortável...mas o que eu não gostei foi a falta de informação, como por exemplo, não me informaram que iriam entrar no quarto para organizar a cama (sim, somente a cama, pois não trocaram nem as toalhas que estavam molhadas) e isso não foi legal, pois deixamos todas as malas abertas e roupas intimas expostas no local.

Pousada não é beira mar, mas tem ótima localização
Otimo atendimento, confortável, delicioso cafe da manhã, só não gostei muito da questão da cobertura (de palha) do quarto soltar pó e palhinhas constantente em cima da cama. Os proprietarios podem pensar em uma solução para isso, como instalar um forro plastico transparente para evitar essa sugeira e não perder a estrutura naturalista do teto. No mas, foi tudo excelente!

O hotel é muito charmoso e bem decorado. O quarto é espaçoso e tem uma vista incrível. O café da manhã é bom e a equipe é super atenciosa. Apesar de o hotel não estar na beira da praia, fica bem próximo. Senti falta de um restaurante dentro do hotel.
