Lots still to iron out
The property itself and the unit was very modern and nice. However, I experienced many issues. 1. No hot water. I was told to leave the water running for 20 minutes each time to get hot water flowing, but it only worked once. Had to take cold showers the other times. 2. WiFi did not work and I had to connect to the neighboring units’. 3. door lock is of poor quality and difficult to use. Had to use pinky finger to key in digital entry code, otherwise a bigger finger would hit neighboring numbers and give error. Multiple failed attempts trying to open the door every time which was very frustrating. 4. Very loud sound from airplanes flying overhead all day from 5am to midnight. 5. Extended my stay the last day, and they did not extend access to the building as well, which left me locked out of the building for several minutes. Overall nice, but many things left to iron out.

Perfeito!
O apartamento é maravilhoso, impecável. Foi tudo super prático, a entrada com leitura facial, a fechadura eletrônica. A piscina é maravilhosa, e a academia também, ambos com uma vista incrível. E a vista do quarto também é linda, tanto a sala quanto o quarto tem umas janelas enormes. Cama confortável, ducha excelente. Super recomendo.

O apartamento é bem montado, e atende perfeitamente. No entanto, cheguei para fazer check In às 14 horas o apartamento não estava pronto não tinha como deixar a mala e não autorizaram deixar no apartamento. Tive que esperar até quase às 15 toras para entrar no apartamento.

Boa alternativa.
A hospedagem é uma boa alternativa, é uma espécie de apart-hotel, os quartos são confortáveis e bem aparelhados. Eu reservei um quarto de 36m² e me forneceram o de 30m², mas relevei. Também tinham alguns problemas de manutenção no quarto que me entregaram, porém reclamei através do whatsapp da hospedagem e eles prontamente me reacomodaram em outro que estava 100%. Apesar destas intercorrências, a hospedagem é boa, prédio seguro e bem equipado, também é bem localizada, quase em frente ao Shopping Ibirapuera, ao lado de uma estação de metrô e perto de várias opções de restaurantes e bares. Ponto negativo: internet wi-fi de nenhum dos quartos funcionou e não teve jeito, mesmo após reclamação. O serviço de manutenção foi acionado, porém tem prazo de 24h para verificar e ele sequer apareceu. Para hospedagens curtas (a minha era 3 dias) é bem ruim. Como alternativa me conectaram no wi-fi de outro quarto (com sinal mais baixo).
