Rooms had a lot of dust. Construction from 830 until the afternoon everywhere, people drilling the walls early in the morning. Internet not working properly and building is exactly in the plane's landing path. Besides that, their entry system was not working properly and we had to wait outside the building late at night until they could let us in.

Lots still to iron out
The property itself and the unit was very modern and nice. However, I experienced many issues. 1. No hot water. I was told to leave the water running for 20 minutes each time to get hot water flowing, but it only worked once. Had to take cold showers the other times. 2. WiFi did not work and I had to connect to the neighboring units’. 3. door lock is of poor quality and difficult to use. Had to use pinky finger to key in digital entry code, otherwise a bigger finger would hit neighboring numbers and give error. Multiple failed attempts trying to open the door every time which was very frustrating. 4. Very loud sound from airplanes flying overhead all day from 5am to midnight. 5. Extended my stay the last day, and they did not extend access to the building as well, which left me locked out of the building for several minutes. Overall nice, but many things left to iron out.

A limpeza estava OK, contudo não há o serviço de arrumação do quarto, com troca de toalha e o básico. Existe apenas a opção de contratação por um valor relevante e com antecedência de 1 dia. Enfim, é pra ficar 2 dias no máximo. A localização é excelente, mas .....

Custo benefício OK, não voltaria pelo barulho.
Bom custo benefício, porém ficamos em um andar muito baixo, o chão ficou bem sujo da poeira da avenida e não tinha como limpar. Fora isso o barulho do avião incomoda muito o sistema de vedação das janelas não serviram. ótima piscina e academia.
