AVOID!
First, communication is complicated - there is no one to speak to at the property. Only Whatsapp. And the English counterpart is not that responsive.
Second, the curtains are see-through. I had all the street lights inside and couldn't close an eye. I asked to change rooms or buildings but was told all curtains are the same.
Then, I found a dirty underwear in the bedsheets. To this day, this has been the worst hotel experience ever. They stopped responding to me and to Expedia and until now I am still disputing the booking as I left immediately and booked a different hotel.
The area is not the nicest part of Pinheiros and did not feel quite safe. I'd look for something close to / East of Fradique Coutinho station.
