Area felt unsafe not I had any trouble but it was t a nice block. Room stank of damp so kept windows open constantly, shower was very good. Bed was ok, breakfast fine. I wouldn’t stay again

Comfortable hotel
Clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Free high speed internet inside your room. The only issue is the location, the neighborhood is safe during the day but a bit unsafe at late night, especially if u are using the public transportation. Other than that, my experience with hotel was good.

Um dos elevadores estava com problemas, demorava muito! A limpeza dos quartos ficou a desejar! Toalhas se não pedir para trocar eles não trocam! Colocava a minha em cima do sanitário, pois quando voltava da rua a toalha estava estendida, isso foram os três dias que fiquei! Mais pelo custo é benéfico se você não for muito exigente. “ café da manhã achei muito bom’’

Os outros quartos eu não sei mas o 803 é péssimo. Banheiro mínimo, pequeno demais, azulejos do box encardidos, a torneira da pia fica pingando, o vaso é tão colado no box que é preciso abrir o blindex para usar o vaso. Colchão é ruim, cheio de "buracos" , os travesseiros parecem pedaços de pano com fronha. Não tem toalhas de rosto. Funcionários são educados e prestativos. Fazem o que podem para tornar a estadia agradável. Café da manhã é mediano, tem o básico. A localização é conveniente para quem vai fazer compras na 25 de março. O entorno é perigoso, tem que tomar cuidado ao sair do hotel.
