Highly recommend. I stayed with my son for an event at the Expo Centre Norte and was very pleased with how close this was to the venue and how nice the facilities were. everyone spoke English which was very convenient. They even had outlets that accepted various types of plugs so I didn’t even need to bring an adapter.

Among all hotels, I and my wife had the highest expectations about Novotel. However, it was a horrible experience there. Clogged toilet!!! You can't interphone the front-desk. You can't call the restaurant for room service. It's almost impossible to communicate in English with them.
