O pior hotel que ja me hospedei em sp. Cheguei no hotel e o quarto que reservei nao estava disponível, me colocaram em outro quarto e nem falaram que o valor era menor, tive que perguntar se nao ia acabar perdendo o dinheiro do quarto mais caro que ja havia pago. Hotel Totalmente desorganizado, deixamos o carro no estacionamento e o carro voltou danificado da garagem do hotel.

Horrible place. Front desk was not helpful. Overpriced , my room has a broken door. No phone, no wifi no room service nothing. I felt this was a ripoff. The sheets were dirty and the breakfast in the morning was a disaster. No plates no mugs ,I will never stay in this place. Not as pictured. Horrible stay.

Vou dar três estrelas devido ao café da manhã que estava muito bom, e por causa do ar-condicionado do quarto que gelava bem (principalmente nesse calor de SP), mas de resto… atendimento ruim, quarto ruim, a tv queimada e não fizeram nada, o apartamento possui uma sala e uma copa com microondas, mas não serve de nada, pois não possui um copo ou um talher sequer, e se você pedir na recepção, tem que pagar. Quiseram fazer um hotel no estilo de um studio, mas não deu certo, não ficou legal.

O apartamento é bom, limpo, bem mobiliado. Tem cozinha mas não tem itens, nem copo para água. Gostamos muito, porem achei o colchão muito ruim. Café da manhã razoável, o básico. Estacionamento seguro, porém cobrado a parte.

Um hotel com excelente localização, funcionários educados e prestativos. Pena que a lavanderia do hotel é péssima!!! Mancha de sangue no lençol de cama e toalhas sujas...um absurdo. Ah, se esquecer que as toalhas são velhas e ralas.

Razoável, mas poderia ser muito melhor.
O hotel é um retrô fit de um antigo predio residencial. Apesar dos apartamentos serem grandes para um quarto de hotel, a reforma não aproveitou em nada este espaço. Banheiro é muito pequeno (sem suite) e quartos minúsculo, enquanto a sala e cozinha são grandes para um padrão de hotelaria. É uma pena terem gastado dinheiro com a reforma e não terem atentado para uma reorganização dos espaços dos cômodos. Além disso, os serviços do restaurante são muito caros e desproporcionais a qualidade oferecida.

Ao chegar encontrei um banheiro com cheiro de barata. Solicitei uma nova limpeza, melhorou, mas o banheiro não tem ventilação e o exaustor não funcionava. Meu quarto não tinha secador de cabelo, só tinha 1 para emprestar para todo o hotel, assim como o ferro de passar. Foi uma disputa conseguir. No café da manhã, o café sempre acabava e a reposição não era eficiente. Tivemos que pedir cobertor, ao falta com o recepcionista, o mesmo duvidou dizendo que já haviam cobertores no quarto.

Ótimo custo-benefício e bons quartos. Café da manhã também muito bom. Só tivemos problemas no check in, o hotel não estava nem um pouco preparado para atender todo o fluxo em um sábado 14h.

O banheiro é muito pequeno, a porta do box abre para dentro , se abrir para fora bate no vaso sanitário. O lavatório super pequeno. Café da manhã rasura em, quarto pequeno, ambiente de estar também, não tem lugar mala só sobre o sofá, este é o mesmo sofá que você assenta para ver tv. Tem uma cozinha americana com microondas mas não tem utensílios como pratos, talheres , copos e etc. a limpeza do apartamento é mal feita. Os funcionários da recepção são muito atenciosos.

Decepcionante
A limpeza deixa a desejar em todos os ambientes, o ralo do box está entupido, o outro ralo do banheiro sai cheiro de esgoto. O sofá está muito sujo. A porta da geladeira bate no armário do microondas. Falta roupa de cama, secador de cabelo, itens de cozinha, afinal a proposta do hotel é um Standard Residence. A gota d'água da minha hospedagem foi no café da manhã de domingo (11/08), fui destratada pela funcionária, que só apareceu depois que me sentei à mesa, fui humilhada porque cheguei às 6:25, 5 minutos antes do horário, mas não justifica a grosseria com que fui recebida. Eu tinha passagem marcada, por isso me adiantei CINCO MINUTOS, o buffet estava pronto! Se tiver câmeras no salão, por favor vejam as imagens. No meu checkout colocaram duas águas e um chocolate na minha conta, que não foram consumidos por mim, nem pelo meu marido. Mas não tive problemas com o atendimento da recepção. Vale ressaltar que os atendentes da recepção são educados, mas sem ferramentas de trabalho é impossível desempenhar um trabalho de excelência. O hotel tem uma proposta incrível, mas falta administração competente.
