I have already been in this hotel before, but now the experience was not quite good as it used to be. The front desk and housekeeping is good. The elevators need repair. The door closes so fast and so strongly that we must hurry in as soon as the door opens. I hurt my arm twice. Breakfast is regular. The staff in the kitchen takes 20 to 30 minutes to prepare an omelette. The variety of cheese are basically two, as well as bread. We needed to keep a medicine under low temperature (freezer) but they didn’t do it, as the restaurant has a different administration.

Unfortunately I was assigned to the 20th floor ( top floor) on a week with 32 degrees. That room #2006 had a very bad A/C therefore it was very uncomfortable due to hot room. On top, TV services was very bad too. Not happy at all.

As torneiras do banheiro, estão sempre pingando. Tem que fazer força para parar. O banheiro não tem espelho de aumento. Difícil fazer maquiagem. Os móveis todos manchados. Não tem aquecimento. Apesar de existir, mais não funciona. Restaurante, desorganizado, comi no self-service, não tinha talher para pegar os alimentos, comida sem sabor. Café da manhã, não tinha bolw para comer granola. Bananas completamente verdes , não dava para comer

Nosso quarto não tinha nenhum catálogo sobre os serviços do hotel nem cardápio do restaurante.Constatam errado o telefone da portaria no aparelho telefônico (*1) e não conseguíamos ligar para lá. Faltou energia no prédio do hotel por cerca de 10 min no dia 4/8, quando eu estava no banho.

Very old hotel, smell of mold, I went to get a duvet and it had a strange green stain on it. I found the hotel to be very bad. the staff were attentive. I ended up leaving the hotel the day before, as I couldn't afford it.

I hate giving poor reviews but on this occasion I feel obliged as the Wyndham franchise is very respectable worldwide. I simply do not know if it was bad luck for me or if these mistakes are a regular occurrence. 1) Although my original reservation was made through hotels.com I arrived over a day early at the hotel to seek help in changing my booking due to an unexpected trip to Rio. The lady at front desk gave me conflicting information which resulted in unnecessary stress at the time. 😳 2) Having successfully changed the reservation due to hotels.com and Wyndham Staff figuring out who was responsible I committed to coming back for two more nights (16/7 & 17/7). The check in process went smoothly and the lady upgraded my room complimentary as a result of previous hassle. I was very appreciative of this. 3) However I wish that was the end but unfortunately it’s not. After getting to the room the WiFi was not working and colour of the water running from the shower was far from desirable. (See attached videos on Google) 🙃

Overall, I did enjoy my stay with the hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful with any needs I had. My biggest gripe for the stay was that there was no coffee or tea making equipment in the room, like a kettle etc.
