Escolhi o hotel pq é pet friendly mas fiquei surpreso que ao chegar para fazer o check-in foi cobrada uma taxa adicional de 105 reais por conta do gato que havia trazido. Por favor deixem mais claro no momento da reserva sobre a cobrança dessa taxa. Tirando essa surpresa, fui muito bem atendido, inclusive precisei tomar café um pouco antes das 6h da manhã e fui apoiado de forma espetacular.

Infelizmente a qualidade do hotel está caindo. Estivemos no mesmo hotel a exatamente 1 ano atrás e queda na qualidade geral foi significativa; Cafe da manhã: queda na qualidade inclusive usando copo descartável para servir o suco; Quarto: cheiro de mofo, bandô da cortina caindo, iluminação do banheiro em curto. Tamanho do quarto bom. Cama boa. Mas a estrutura precisa de uma reforma. Localização: muito boa

Overall was good but you could do better
finishes inside the room seamed a little bit old fashioned and kind of rusty, the bed was good, but one lamp was broken and was tided up with maskin tape. the lights in the bath were all white and horrible bad experience in the bath, the water in the pool was cold so anyone gets inside. I had a way better experience in Windham Costa del sol in Lima peru, a newer hotel.
