Booked this hotel for 2 nights. We arrive after a 4 hour drive, offload our luggage and proceed to check in with my wife and 3 children. We had booked the family room. Upon giving my booking confirmation paper, the front desk manager ask for my ID and gave it to him, then my wife's ID card and that was also presented, after that he asked for my children's ID cards and I tell him that we don't carry their cards for such a short journey. He says that they cannot check us in if we don't have children's ID card. I tell them that both parents have ID and our kids are under 14 years of age but to no avail. The hotel staff were stubborn and unhelpful and arrogant to say the least. Anyway they ended telling us we could not check in even though the reservation was confirmed and paid for. We are happy we did not stay as the location is in a ghetto suburb of Adapazari. Full of mechanics, petrol stations and factories. Good luck if you book at this hotel.

Excellent except for wifi speed!
Perfect location and cleanliness. The only thing is poor wifi, which is limited to only 3 devices besides being slow. I chose My itenary from hotels.com to include breakfast for 2 adults & 2 children, when I checked in the receptionist said my 11 year child is not included in the breakfast offer and will pay additional for that. This is our 3rd hotel we stay at in Turkey during our trip and the breakfast issue was only encountered here.

Otel çok konforlu ve rahattı. Çalışanlar çok yardımcıydi.. Özellikle otelin restoranından odaya yaptığımız siparişler çok beklemeden geldi en memnun kaldığım şey bu diyebilirim. Ufak bir eleştiri olarak havuz için bone zorunlu, tamam olabilir! Ancak bone için 4 30 tl istenmesi havuza girme hevesimizi kaçırdı.
