"There's a reason every review says 10/10. Because that's what this property IS. This was our first visit but apparently it's even better than before since new owners (equally attentive) just renovated and Johanny, the same terrific property manager, is just as responsive as described. All of the accolades are true -- the breathtaking location and views over the turquoise water from almost every room, ideal layout (multiple seating areas to spread out without feeling separated/isolated, and even out-of-the-way space for a 500-piece jigsaw puzzle), seamless indoor-outdoor flow, well-equipped kitchen (we ate out a couple of times but preferred cooking/grilling at the house given proximate grocery store and impossible-to-beat setting), very comfortable beds. Water access from the dock is incredible, crystal clear with softest sand ever and shallow shoreline, not to mention Instagram-worthy sunset AND sunrise views. Jet skis delivered directly to dock. It's impossible to describe every detail but if you want a house in a stunning location, conducive to family time/friends gathering, sun, reading, paddle boarding/kayaking, swimming, relaxing, and stargazing, this is it. If you want Grace Bay resort vibe and nightlife, that's driving distance. Airport could not be more convenient (true 15 minutes.) Perhaps the most convincing endorsement: we booked our return stay before we even completed this vacation. Thank you Amanda and Kelly for sharing this beautiful home!"

"Very comfortable, well appointed villa, with friendly and responsive hosts. Our girls really enjoyed the kayaks, and the nearby beaches, and we loved the privacy and comfort of both the living area and outdoor seating areas. Las Brisas restaurant was right next door and was perfect for take out on nights you want to stay in, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home as well. A great place to stay to get away from it all."

"This villa was spectacular ! The views from each level are superb ! We had 6 friends traveling and everyone said it was the best trip ever ! A few of us had been to TCI before but not for awhile. Everything that you need is in the well appointed kitchens on each level - we grilled a few nights and Las Brisas a few yards up the street had excellent meals .The beach was awesome ! The villas have security guard that walk the grounds 24 hours and are very helpful! Yes there are vendors that sell food and drinks right next to you but that is convenient if you want that . IF you don’t want music on the beach - well they do play it from mid day to early evening - 3 different vendors playing different music - we liked the quiet on the before abs after if that The location for us was great as we just wanted to relax with an awesome view. ! Thanks to the hosts for great communication and shout out to Nikole at Pure indulgence spa who came out and gave us massages ! "

"Amazing house! Fantastic location very close to a beautiful, calm white sand beach. Beautiful and inviting pool and area around the pool. Well appointed kitchen and house in general. Perfect for a family or even several couples. Very responsive management company. Overall, perfect vacation."
