like the airport shuttle is right outside hotel and walkable distance to shopping centre and sapporo station. love the breakfast both styles. would be even better if there are more different convenient stores around the corner

I really left my room on the eighteenth floor it was a big key size bed with a refrigerator (though no microwave), hot pot for tea, and Nescafe-like coffee maker. It was warm when we got here, but the temperature started cooling and there is no heat in the unit until winter. The Buffet Breakfast was delicious!

Great hotel! It is bit old and half the lights in my room and hallway were burnt out for some reason. It’s nice and close to a lot of the cool spots in Sapporo though. Also I wish I paid in advance, the quoted price vs what I paid at the property were quite different.

Second time at ANA Crowne Plaza, overall satisfied with the service and stay, with the only exception of air-conditioning. Same issue as the previous stay, not being able to control and lower the temperature, locked at around 25 degree, which is relatively warm (to me).
