Pros: the room is very spacious, compared to most Japanese hotel rooms. I can leave two mid-sized luggage open and still have enough space to do yoga. The location is about 7 minutes walk to the Sapporo station. It is convenient to catch train, subway or buses. Cons: The hotel needs some major renovation in my opinion. The carpet in the hallway has large areas of stains. The wall paper peeled off. In the guest room, the window curtains have tears. The bathroom walls have stains. The cushioned chairs have stains.

Great Hotel
The place was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. It was very conveniently located to access pretty much anything. Easy walk from Sapporo station.

Hotel location is good, room is clean. But room is too warm and dry for comfort in Nov, unable to adjust temperature of central heating. I had to open the window slightly for cold air to enter room to regulate the temperature.

A hidden jewel waiting to be discovered
The location is conveniently located opposite a combini shop (family mart). It is also very near to the station (8 mins walk). The location is peaceful, good for resting after a day of hustle and bustle. Especially relaxing to visit the onsen at level 9 of the hotel in the winter to end the day (free for hotel guests). There’s also a coined laundry area to wash and dry clothings which is very convenient for travellers traveling light. We definitely will recommend this hotel to travellers/friends/family.
