The location is good, near the arcade shopping street. The rooms (especially the bathroom and the room's door lock) need a refresh job, it shows its intense past use. The check-in process is a little unusual, go to the counter, then go to a machine to pay, but have to go to the counter with staff to get a breakfast ticket and pay there. The breakfast is ok. The drinks available upon check-in are appreciated. The staff cannot speak English, although it seems many customers are foreigners, and thus because of the difficulty to communicate, it seems to take a long time and a line forms at the check-in counter.

Good to stay for price, but needs updating.
The hotel was in a good location - far enough away from the central area that it’s quiet to sleep, but close enough to walk. The room itself was clean, but definitely showed signs of age. The headboard and the walls had dents and scratches. Also, the bathroom had some hairs left over from previous guests as well, so I had wished it had been cleaned a little better. The bed was comfortable and it was easy to sleep, and the morning breakfast as well as the staff was really good! The hotel could just direly use a refresh and update.
