Really Nice Hotel
We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

We had a corner room looking down on both Sapporo Station and towards Susukino and their famous ferris wheel. Highly recommend the room. We also had breakfast and it was wonderful with lots of Hokkaido specific dishes. Our highest recommendation is that we would stay here again on our next visit to Sapporo.

Best hotel in Sapporo!
Extremely clean room and efficient, professional staff. Checkin was a breeze. We arrived a bit early so we made reservations with the concierge, Ms. Harada, and when we were done we were informed that our luggage was in our room. Thoroughly professional, gracious service by all hotel staff. I noticed one review mentioned a hard mattress and small room. It must have been her first trip to Japan! At six feet two inches and 250 pounds I have found all the rooms to be small as well as the yukata. And firm mattresses the norm.

Beautiful hotel with great view and very convenient location. Staff is so attentive and we always love Japanese hospitality, it is second to none. The train to the airport is just a few minutes away by walking and there are so … many dining and shopping stores nearby. The hotel is connected to underground system that go for miles to many parts of Sapporo. We book room with use of the spa and love it. Would come back again in a heart beat.

Loved this hotel!! We rented a car from Sapporo Airport and drove here. It was an easy drive for these westerners. The location of this property was perfect for exploring the city of Sapporo. The service was above expectations and the room was perfect.

고층 룸 옵션 선택했고, 22층인가 배정. 철도 쪽 방 기차 소음은 있지만 잠을 못이룰 정도로 시끄럽지는 않음. 고층이라 그런지. 주차는 위치 찾는데 좀 헷갈렸는데 역 광장을 돌아서 들어가는 백화점 주차장으로 들어간 후 엘리베이터 타면 됩니다. 24시간 요금 체크인시 선불 지불 후 주차권 처리 해줍니다. 위치 좋고, 시설 좋고, 직원 친절하고, 조식도 부페 아니고 정찬으로 선택했는데 나쁘진 않음. (양이 많진 않음) 가격대비 방이 너무 작네요. 가격은 탑급인데. 삿뽀로 시내에 최신 호텔이 없어 그런가 보다 합니다. 직원들은 다들 친절한데 체크인시 리셉션 직원 여자분이 약간 고압적인 느낌? , 체크아웃시도 잘 머물렀냐? 이런거 물어보지도 않더군요.
