Hotel is located in central district, access to subway is about 10 minutes. (May be 4 minutes to get to a stair to underground, but still require much longer walk to the subway turnstile.)
Easy access to underground, lots of shopping from the Odari station to the Sapporo Station. Also a reasonable walk to the Niji Market, and the Tanuki Koji Street shopping.
The hotel room is quite spacious, featuring 3 sinks. There is also a washing machine, though we did not use.
The air conditioning doesn't seem to operate correctly. When setting to a desired temperature, the A/C will continue to run even after reaching the temperature.
But the worse part of the stay is the breakfast.
While it is quiet, as not many people goes to the breakfast there, there is absolutely no variety of food. Everything is lacking, limited choice of bread, salad ran out, limited choice of dressing, all other food are limited. They don't even offer any kind of juice. Very disappointed.
