COSY AND CLEAN CONCEPT HOTEL
My young daughter like the hotel! Cleanliness is top notch especially the spacious toilet with bathtub which is a plus point! Location is just within Odori subway station underpass with access to many food and amenities. Also odori park with the Christmas lighting is just 5mins walk away! The tv tower view is very charming. Recommended for all! Maybe the sign for the hotel is a bit too small and cosy as I tried to look for awhile before I notice the hotel 😀

Amazing stay.
Amazing stay! Room is very comfortable. Very clean. Laundry facility nice. Downside is only 2 machines that run for 2 hours for each cycle. No detergent needed just insert money. Great location and proximity to everything. DJ nights are awesome. I will definitely stay here every time I go to Sapporo.

This is a fantastic hotel! The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They are so kind. The rooms are spotless and modern Japanese/Scandinavian feel. The bathrooms are lovely. Excellent location. It can’t be beat!!

Their number one picture is the rooftop photo with chairs and fire pits. This was not open. Here it’s December, chilly, snowy and it’s not open at all…no chairs…nothing. Not posted on the website! The staff was not overly polite which is weird since normally hotels are so welcoming in Japan. When we checked in the lady didn’t tell us last call for breakfast was at 930—just said breakfast was 7-10. When we showed up for our breakfast included it was 930 and sorry kitchen is already closed—-wouldn’t even let us sit and have coffee. Little disappointed.
