The property is beautiful. I had a modern style suite with a balcony and separate living area. The view was phenomenal, the pool area is fabulous. One day they had an amazing DJ which was great (music is not too loud, just right for relaxing by the pool.) The food is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel, although there are some strange things to note which I think are common in Albania; There is no phone in the room, there is no double lock on the door, there is no room service, and there is only a sheet on the bed (u can ask for a blanket and they will provide it happily.) Apart from these points the hotel is new, the staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely go back and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. They also provide free water and breakfast daily.

5 night stay
Our stay was a lay by the beach and pool stay. We asked the day before if it was easy to get a taxi from the wharf, it wasn’t the easiest as it was too close and taxis didn’t want the short trip. We arrived and were greeted by the front desk team, one very friendly professional man and a blonde lady who seemed to be annoyed by everything. We were in a corner room in the back corner, we had a partial sea view which was nice! Our tv did not work and the wifi didn’t work the best… we were told its not great around the hotel. Breakfast was disappointing, we were told breakfast was until 11am and most mornings at 10 they had finished serving eggs and toast. We had really nice and friendly waiters at breakfast service who did their best! By the second morning our waiter knew our coffee order and had them out nearly as soon as we sat down. Throughout the day by the pool and beach the speakers were too loud and it seemed like the DJ would mix only a few songs and then revert to a playlist, we had many songs on repeat. The night front desk lady was very helpful and was very interested in our feedback on things like the wifi and tv not working. Although, nothing was fixed or done about it even after bringing it to the attention of several staff members. We ended up eating lunch and dinner out as it was less expensive and very nice good flavours and again friendly people. Overall the hotel is nice but definitely not Luxury and definitely not 5 star as it was advertised.

My pregnant sister and I have never stayed in a hotel where we had to wait outside in 33 degrees heat for taxi with luggage after checkout because the staff made us so upset! Hair on the floor, a stain on the bedsheets and dust upon checkin. Very small room and no space to open our large suitcases properly, could only open one at a time or walk in the room without scraping our legs on the bedframe. My sister hurt herself many times.The breakfast was very disappointing and lacked variety. No hot water in whole hotel night so I had to sleep without showering because it was too late to wait. Staff were very friendly but blond woman at reception needs to sort out her attitude! The check out was a nightmare! We asked for one kinder and coke the night before and I don’t know if there’s a language barrier but they thought we ate the one on the room. The lady at reception made me explain multiple times and after a while we were annoyed. We also had to speak to the manager about a misunderstanding on taxi prices. He asked me how my stay was and I explained all issues above and showed photos of the room. The cleaning lady had attitude when shown photos, kept asking to show again and question if it was the right room. manager asked me again about the minibar. I didn’t want to discuss again as it was now annoyed. He insinuated we stole which upset me and said we will go up get the snacks and pay. He apologised and offered food but we was too upset and waiting 30 min outside for our taxi.

Nyöppnade men redan toppklass
För att vara ett nyöppnat hotell har de verkligen kommit långt med allt från planering till utförande! Personalen är jättetrevlig och får en att känna sig sedd vare sig man är vid poolen eller kommer till receptionen. Jag reste ensam och fick alltid plats vid poolen eller stranden. Solstolarna vid poolen kan ibland vara slut om man kommer ut efter 12 tiden. Maten är bra och relativt prisvärd finns även massa restauranger inom gångavstånd. Cocktailsen är supergoda särskilt Long Island vid havet! Mataffär finns precis bredvid hotellet där man kan köpa med sig snacks eller så handlar man i minibaren. handdukar tvål och schampo finns på rummet så inget man behöver ha med och badlakan till poolen och havet hämtar man i receptionen. Solstolarna är gratis men de större solsängarna kostar ca 20€. Enda negativa är att musiken stundtals är jättehög men inget jag tycker drar ner betyget. Överlag får hotellet 10/10 av mig då de verkligen tänker på sina gäster och kommer utvecklas ännu mer!

Hadde et fantastisk opphold. God frokost, rent og fint rom, hyggelig personell og flott ute området. Hotellet ligger sentralt, men i stille området. Til info er det høy musikk kl 12-20 hver dag - poolparty.

Dieses Hotel ist neu und das Personal sehr höflich und immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bekommen, was mir wichtig war für mein Auto. Für junge Menschen / Pärchen kann ich nur empfehlen. Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend.

Der Strand ist sehr schön sowie auch das Hotel. Jedoch gibt es leider keinen einzigen Spiegel bzw. ganzkörper Spiegel im gesamten Zimmer! Sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt nach Auskunft der Dame am Empfang ist es das Design des Hotels. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle im großen und ganzen sehr freundlich bis auf deine Dame am Empfang die jedesmal sehr genervt gewirkt hat. Leider haben wir die Dame direkt beim Check in erwischt was einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck gemacht hat. Hotelgäste die gewisses Rauschmittel am Pool konsumieren während der Hotelmanager im Pool feierte finde ich auch sehr bedenklich.. Zum positiven: sehr schönes Hotel, großes Zimmer, sehr sehr schöner Strand, Mitarbeiter freundlich, sauber. :)

Vi hadde dessverre en forferdelig opplevelse med dette hotellet. Servicen var under enhver kritikk, og det var spesielt en blond dame i resepsjonen som var utrolig frekk. Renholdet er dårlig, og vi fant masse hår på badet når vi ankom. Frokosten var en stor skuffelse. Utvalget av mat er lite og kvaliteten er ikke verdt en frokost engang. Hvis du ikke var tidlig ute, fikk du ikke mat. De fyller ikke på maten regelmessig og vi var flere gjester som ble sittende uten mat og få. Det verste var imidlertid en svært ubehagelig hendelse ved bassenget. Mens vi slappet av, oppdaget jeg at noen fra hotellets personale tok snikbilder av meg i bikini, og la dem ut på Instagram uten min tillatelse. Er dette i det hele tatt lov? Som om ikke dette var nok, hadde vi avtalt med eier av hotellet om en senere utsjekk, som var veldig hyggelig gjort av han. Til tross for dette, kom hun blonde fra resepsjonen dagen etterpå og skrek til oss, spurte hva vi fortsatt gjorde på hotellet. Dette var ekstremt uprofesjonelt og ubehagelig. Jeg vil sterkt fraråde alle å bo på dette hotellet. Den dårlige servicen, manglende renhold, dårlig mat, krenkende oppførsel fra personalet, og den uprofesjonelle håndteringen av vår utsjekk gjør dette til en av de verste hotellopplevelsene jeg noensinne har hatt. At de kaller seg 5-stjerners hotell er latterlig.

Unbelievable high music from 12-20
If you want to enjoy the beach or pool you have to like unbelievable high music. Four big speakers pumping out music at the pool and beach area from 12:00-19:00. The volume is higher than a nightclub. If you want Albanian techno festival this is the place. I have been to Tomorrowland and usually don’t complain about the music. Forget to relax. At least bring noise canceling headphones. Owner, neighbors and staff used the pool to have their own party.

Hotellet är verkligen inte ett fem stjärnigt hotel. Knappt 4. Mycket detaljer som inte är slutförda i rummen. Frukosten under all kritik. Poolen var väldigt varm. AC la av mitt under natten kl 02 och gäster blev väckta för att det krävdes att samtliga rum på våningen skulle ställas in på samma inställning för att AC skulle funka igen. Strömavbrott ett flertal gånger som varade upp till två timmar utan möjlighet till el och vatten. Ägaren har nog missuppfattat vad luxury resort betyder. Alldeles för hög techno/house musik under kl 12-20 och då var vi tre grabbar i 25 års åldern. Musiken var högre än flera barer och nattklubbar. Ett fint hotel men har mycket att bevisa och verkligen inte ett fem stjärnigt hotel.
