The hotel is very well located, in front of the beach. You need to be lucky to get a front of the beach room. It was not our case.
The room was not cleaned properly. They did not clean our room in one day, what considering it is a close to the beach room, is a very big problem.
In the day after this incident, I informed the front desk we are leaving the room around noon, so because we were without toilet paper, tissue and clean towels, (our room was not cleaned a day before) I imagined our room cleaning service would be prioritized, but it didn’t. I asked about it, and they messaged me that They typically come anytime from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. we came back from the beach later than planned, waiting for the room to be cleaned, and the room service were there… so we had to wait outside until they finished the job.
The AC is absurdly loud, it is hard to sleep with such a big noise all night (and day!)
There are 2 TVs in the apartment, but only one remote control working. We asked for another one, but it never came. it was hard to watch TV with only one remote control, when we were watching at the same time.
The coffee machine didn't work, we had to ask 3 times to get one that worked properly.
The front desk is kind, but didn’t solve the problems properly.
On July 8th, the hotel was almost empty and there was no towels available to be used on the beach.
And to finish, I don’t understand why the place is called Resort, since is a small and with minimum resources available.
