We enjoyed our stay at the Carlisle. We usually stay downtown, so this was a bit different, but the hotel was lovely. The large and comfortable hallways and bedrooms made it nice. There's no bar in this hotel, but there is a swimming pool, and breakfast was better than most. And you've always got Der Dutchman across the parking lot. I would recommend it.

Hotel is a jewel, if I have to rate it, it is to me and my wife a five star hotel, accommodation is flawless plus cleaning and odor that make us to feel real comfort like our home. We will comeback for sure. I don’t want to forget that Staff so helpful and kind.

The Carlisle Inn, Sarasota
The hotel was immaculate. The staff were excellent, very friendly and courteous from check in to check out. The area around the hotel felt very safe, with an excellent restaurant, Der Dutchman, next door. My wife and I would highly recommend a stay at the Carlisle. On this trip we stayed at seven hotels in two and a half weeks and both feel this was top of the list.

Rarely do properties rated a 10 (exceptional) live up to their review...Carlisle Inn exceeded our expectations! This is a 10 Exceptional in everyday! Friendly staff, very clean, spacious room, pool/hot tub, Staying here felt like staying on a luxury cruise! Breakfast room and breakfast was the best we ever experienced at a motel! We will stay here again. We have already decided to return to Sarasota because of the our experience at the Carlisle Inn.
