Spring Break Stay

We were looking for a last minute place in the Sarasota area. This fit our needs well. The beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, and communication with the host was great. When we arrived, the washing machine was missing. We contacted them and got an immediate response that it had broken the day before. It was replaced just a couple of days later, and the communication was top notch and this didn't impact our stay at all.The home is also well stocked with beach supplies, which I wish I would've known before I lugged my beach towels and chairs on our road trip. They have beach chairs, beach towels, and some toys if you have littles. This was a very nice touch.One suggestion I have is to include a small dresser in two of the bedrooms. There was great closet space, but there wasn't a place to keep smaller clothing items. Though the home is close to the beach (5 miles), it does take 25 minutes to drive there in spring break traffic. That said, it is worth the drive. If it wasn't a prime week, I'm sure it would be much quicker to get there.The neighborhood is undergoing some renovations and looks like it is on the upswing. It was safe and quiet, and has good proximity to restaurants and groceries.

Beach exploration

This house is in a central location. We were able to go explore Turtle Beach, Venice Beach, Nokomis Beach, and Siesta Key Beach. All were within 15 minutes of the house. My family of 5 and my in-laws stayed in the house, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed!

Braves Games

We came to watch Braves spring practice. Also got to see The John Ringling House. Great experience!! The house has sooo many extra perks that they are hard to list! And I’m talking about Allen’s house! The person managing the property is also very accommodating!
