Very clean and modern hotel. 8th floor restaurant is really cool. Staff was very friendly. Shower water pressure was not very good and there was no body wash, the only disappointment. Would love to be back!

The hotel is very nice, rooms are exquisite and so spacious. I love everything about the rooms and the restaurant and bar is amazing! Unfortunately there is one thing that I didn't particularly like about the hotel and that is all the extra fee's, parking fees and destination fees.

Wasn't thrilled by the screaming and slamming of the rooms we were next to. Desk and staff didnt do anything. $1000 to stay here and you have no other options but to deal with bad neighbors, pay for parking, pay for the "free breakfast". $200 just in fees. Not worth it.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of dining opportunities. My only complaints are the very slow elevators and the restaurant area that is too small to accommodate the busy morning breakfast.

Very good. The hotel is well located in downtown with a nice view. Breakfast is included in the price and they have happy hours. The restaurant is good but has very limited choices. 40$ per day the parking seems expensive with no valet. The patio area by the pool should be renewed.

In general is a good hotel, very close to Bayfront Park and St Armand’s circle , the breakfast was included, my concern is a destination fee they have, that you have to spend obligatory because is not refundable, it’s not make sense to me.
