One of the reasons I booked the hotel near the airport was the free shuttle service. Unfortunately your service is limited on when it runs and we were outside the window. Had to call an uber. also the hot water never got hot, more of a lukewarm shower.

The only issues we had were that the front desk forgot to put our request for a wake up call so we never got it. This was to be a back up to our phone alarm as we had a very early flight and there were no alarm clocks in the room. The other is the breakfast meal. We were charged for a restaurant meal which was actually a buffet style breakfast, about the same as a complimentary breakfast bar at other hotels. The food in the server trays were not being kept warm. And there is a server charge on the bill as well a request for tip. Isn’t that the same thing?

Good for a short visit
The hotel was convenient for us being that it was 5 mins away from the airport , everything was great with the exception of no free breakfast and the swimming pool was not cleaned at all .

Main rooms were clean , when we got there once we got to our room the room didn’t clean till our last last night the and we stayed 3 nights . The storm made a mess we know but the pool didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The staff Barley spoke to us.
