Some guy was tracing the parking lot then came for my 12 year old son. I alerted the front desk and she said she’d call someone to check it out. When I called the front desk an hour later (twice) no one answered. I’m terrified to even go check on my car.

Great place to stay close to the airport. Seemed pretty centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The restaurant was great and convenient. The only down side was there was no mention of the pool/hot tub being closed from the hurricane until we we read the sign on the door.

I understand a hurricane happened last month. We were put on the highest floor they have which is the 6th floor. As soon as we got off the elevator, there was an odor and could see they're working on fixing it in certain areas. The direction our room is, is where some of the mold is still untreated. I honestly think they shouldn't be renting out the 6th floor if its still mold on the ceiling.

People are very friendly, we went hoping to get in the pool and found it was closed the whole time we were there. No one came to clean the room so after 3 days I had to ask for it. Mind you every day I asked for towels and trash to be removed. We get a few towels my no house cleaning till I complained about it. The price is good, there is no breakfast that comes with renting here which I thought it did but my mistake and read online wrong. They had a breakfast buffet that is not worth the 20 dollars a person. But on the other hand their dinners were very good but a bit expensive. I wouldn’t come back , need house keeping and breakfast so I will go elsewhere.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay

Fantastic staff and amazing room!
This was my first stay in a Hilton brand hotel. I had a 22 hour drive and was exhausted when I arrived. The gentleman at the front desk gave me 2 cookies and quickly checked me in so i could get to my room. When i walked in the first thing i noticed was the tv was turned on and it said "Welcome Kevin". I thought that was a really nice touch. The bed was super comfortable and i loved the walk in shower.
