The hot tub was broken. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom from the prior client. Additionally. mold in the corner on the sealant on the floor at the corner of the shower where it meets the tile. There are pot holes with the parking lot.

Definitely one to avoid
very tired / rundown looking hotel that was not particularly clean. Was advised that we had a food credit of $15.00 per person that believed would cover our morning breakfast. However, upon check-out the hotel said that because we booked through Hotels.com that we were not eligible and insisted we pay $60.00 for breakfast. I did show our booking confirmation from Hotels.com that mentioned the credit but they told us to take it up with Hotels.com. In addition to the above, room does not provide any bottled water and the water from the tap did not run code. Had to head off to reception at 3 am in the morning and was given small bottles of water and then charged $4.00 each on check-out. Hotel apparently 4 stars but feels like 2 stars with service to match. Definitely one to avoid.

One night wonder!
Moving son from Michigan to Ft Myers,Fl. He is going to flight school. We got the room on end of hall looking right at runways. My son was thrilled watching planes take off and land! Hotel room was spacious. Highly recommend!

The website said DInner served until 9. I rush through I4 traffic to make it there in time to grab something to eat. The front desk says, actually we stop serving at 8:40. Would you like a cookie? -No lady, I don't want a cookie. I want dinner which is the main reason I booked this hotel!

An unexpected gem of a hotel
Check-in was the only sticking point, with the desk unattended for over 5 minutes as we arrived. Beyond that, the room was excellent, breakfast was good value for money, and the overall experience was good.

Needs work and they don't seem to care
Check in was OK. Clerk wasn't overly friendly but it wa midnight. He did emphasis that breakfast was NOT complimentary.... Pretty sure it said it was when I booked but OK... Our bedroom was next to a stairwell. The door to that stairwell SLAMMED close several times during the night and it basically shook and echoed through our room waking us every time. The bathroom faucet spicket didn't have any cold water. Brushed our teeth with warm water. The handle to the tub faucet was loose- literally not attached to the faucet -and came off in your hand. Had to push it back into place then turn it to use the shower. Bathroom door lock and handle were broken. Knob was loose on the inside- almost falling off. And lock didn't work right - both my kids got stuck in the bathroom at different times. Thought we were going to have to call maintenance but then got them out. Then, when I checked out- and told the clerk all of this- she just looked at me and said sorry? Like it was more of a question she was asking me- not an apology. Do yourself a favot- if you need to stay somewhere close to SRQ airport - stay somewhere else. The Hampton Inn would definitely be nicer. This place is not up to snuff on what you think of a Hilton.

Parking lot is not in the best shape, had a tree down in the road that looks to have been there a long time that made getting in and out of one side of the parking lot interesting. Staff very friendly. Place very clean. Will stay there again!
