The great vacation

Baseball Camp
The property was an excellent location for us. Our son was attending a baseball camp at Pirate City for four days. We were close enough to attend his games and also take in the sights of Anna Marie Island and Tampa when we weren’t at the fields. The condo was just the right size for the two of us and our two adult daughters.

My family and I enjoyed our visit to the condo, full use of the amenities, conversations with the staff in the club house and prompt attention that Ervin provided. I would fully recommend this property for future overnight accommodations.

Nice house, convenient and erwin was great
I stayed here with my mom and brother while my daughter was at IMG camp. Location was great for IMG, also close to the beach and plenty of food options nearby. The house was as advertised. Clean, nice furniture, everything we needed was there, everything worked well. Check in and check out was easy. The erwin was easy to communicate with but we really didnt need to contact him much as everything worked and the stay was great.

The property was decent and the Shorewalk pools were nice. Location was good. There weren’t pillow cases for the spare pillows. The single pillows in the back bed were very flat. The comforter on the king bed was very basic. The pool/beach towels were poor, very thin and of low quality/condition. There weren’t any type of baking pans in the unit for cooking. The patio furniture depicted in the photos wasn’t there and was replace with a basic set of chairs and a patio table. A few upgrades with bedding, pillows, towels etc. would go a long way.

An absolute gem!
This was our second time renting this property. It is super clean, modern, and centrally located to many areas in and around Bradenton. Anna Maria Island is a short drive as well. If you are in the area visiting IMG, this is a perfect spot from which to base your visit. I love to sit in the screened-in porch facing the pond and have coffee in the morning. First floor unit and easily accessible. Highly recommended!!

One of the best!

Great communication with owner/manager. Could be a 4 star if beds/ bedding was upgraded. Plugs in the 2 bathrooms did not work. A roll of paper towels would have been nice. The unit did not have any hurricane damage but it smelled a little musty. Overall it was a good value for the area.

Two Day Get Away
We have close relatives that live in Bradenton. A day trip from NE Florida does not cut it. We like to take 2 days for a visit and staying here at the Condo was perfect. Way better than a hotel where you just have a bedroom. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our company without having to go out. It is nice to have a full size kitchen with all the dishes and utensils needed. No need to go out for coffee in the morning, just brew a pot in the kitchen and relax. We were close enough to many restaurants, stores and the beach. Did not use the pool or other amenities. Maybe next time. The host was in communication with us prior to arrival. Everything for checking in was provided to my email. No issues. Parked right in front of the entrance and used the pass code for the door lock. This was a very clean and comfortable condo at a fair price. We will definitely look this up for our next visit to Bradenton. Schöne, renovierte Ferienwohnung mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Lage ist sehr gut zu allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( sei es täglicher Bedarf oder shoppen im Outlet). Lage zum Strand ist auch optimal. Ferienanlage selbst ist mit Pool und bbq ausgestattet.sehr netter Vermieter, der anfragen innerhalb von Minuten beantwortet!

I’ve stayed at Ervs condo 3 times and loved it. Very clean. Lots of room. Close to beach and restaurants. TV in bedrms annd living area. Condo has great anppliances. We are pool people and both pools are always clean and inviting. Erv is a great host and willing to help with any problems.
