Everything is good except the location
The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable and clean. The motel seemed safe in the daytime and they even have 2 picnic tables under a little pavilion type thing by the pool with a smoker grill for guests to use. Don’t walk around outside late at night by yourself because I was robbed by someone who wasn’t a guest in the dark while smoking a cigarette.

Not clean-
The hotel looks like it has been remodeled, the front desk was really nice. However I arrived to one room that was extremely dirty, hair on the floor, stained tub, hair on one towel, mold on the tub, if you were walk from the bed to the bathroom barefoot your feet will turn black. We requested a change to another room and while the floor was cleaner I found roaches later that night… it was already late so I just spent the night but not really what I was expecting- I was not looking for luxury of course but just a clean room to spend the night.

Paper thin walls. I could hear my neighbor talking on her phone, word for word. The manager on gave me another room, but not without some attitude, claiming I shouldn’t expect a quiet room because of the construction techniques used in Florida.

It was noisy every night, not the worst part. Couldn’t put up the DND tag to keep housekeeping out because it just continuously disappeared off the door. So they were in there every day. First night there, showered and seen baby roaches on the floor. Second night, bigger ones. Floors weren’t swept, and a Dirty chair. Thankfully no bed bugs. They definitely spared no expense on making the lobby look good.
