There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from Broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.
