Loved our trip out to Saratoga and our stay at the ES. Best ES we have stayed at yet. Staff was great and friendly, the only downside was that we could hear the people above us walking around at night. Otherwise quiet and great pillows.

Bill the maintence guy did all he could and was absolutely great. We had a WiFi issue from the get go and had our one year old with us that doesn’t sleep easy through the high. We couldn’t connect our baby monitor to the WiFi like I was promised before and was told there was nothing to be done and gave me a number to call and also said it’s a hotel issue they couldn’t do anything. After searching for another hotel since we have never had this problem at past hotels we’ve stayed in the past few months we were told we couldn’t be refunded so we stayed since others were just too expensive to spend more on. I with it were handled better and this should not be an issue when it’s also suited so most with kids plan for needing to use a knit or or what not.

Wonderful place to stay
Great spot, located near the best restaurants and shops downtown. The hotel bar had live music and the free Happy Hour drink vouchers were awesome. Staff were personable and pleasant. Wonderful place to stay!
