Booked two rooms for Nov 23rd and on the terms and conditions of hotels it says 18 years or older to enter a contract with hotels.com but when I got to my hotel to check in I got turned away for being 20 and not 21 which was quite the suprise seeing as I was able to book and pay for a room without any age verification to prevent this from happening.

The lobby and main areas of the hotel were excellent. However, the room left a lot to be desired. The sheets had a stain on one bed and the other bed smelt heavily of someone else’s sweat! Not pleasant.

The staff was so friendly upon check in and through out our stay. We loved the spacious suites with attached living area and kitchen. This is a great place to stay with children and or pets. The breakfast was great. We loved the outdoor fire table. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for another visit.

Good stay with a walk.
Thus hotel was clean and comfortable. The only ussue was one of the elevators was out, so you had to take an elevator that was on the other side of the hotel from my room.
