This is the second time we stayed here. Our room was absolutely beautiful. It's close to everything the casino is clean. Everybody was very nice to talk to. We are coming back again for the horse races.

The staff were the most unhelpful individuals I have ever experienced. Each question asked the girl at the front desk would stare, scratch her head and not give a response. She would then proceed to give you an attitude if you continued to ask questions. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Will never ever go back to this hotel

I think the only reason to stay here is if you need the casino. The Mortons restaurant is open Weds - Sun we couldn't find other dining options on site. No VIP benefits offered for Expedia. Just an average hotel.
