Positive: It is safe, spacious, private, very short walk to the beach, near food store, clean, good WiFi, locked parking lot, self service check in and out, swimming pool, kitchen, micro oven and electric range, refrigerator.
Negative: Relatively old property, no views from windows, gravel access road with path holes but this is common even to upscale resorts.
