New quiet and convenient 2 bedroom/ 1 bath rental. Located just minutes any from Sardis Lake and close to Oxford and the Ole Miss Rebels. This fully furnished property has a full kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, & washer/dryer. The first bedroom has a queen bed with dresser and other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both rooms have spacious closets. There is a large bathroom that spectates the rooms with tub/shower combo. There is excellent fishing at all the surroundings lakes. It’s 7 minutes to Sardis Lake, 20 minutes to Enid and Arkabutler Lakes. Just a half hours drive gets you to Oxford and the Ole Miss Rebels! The famous Como Steakhouse and TriBecca Allie are just a short drive away. This property is located in a quiet safe neighborhood. We live close by and are available for any problems!!

We had to find a place to stay for my mother in laws funeral. We came from Kansas City and this place was perfect for my family. I love cute it was and was perfect for my family! We want to come back next time and stay on better terms! We actually enjoyed no WiFi and got to actually sit down as a family with our teenagers.

Amazing Trip! Plenty of bass
We stayed here for our Morgan Wallen concert and had a blast. First impressions were amazing. I loved that the kitchen was open to the living room space, it was so comfortable and close to everyone! The rooms were clean and good sized, bathroom was large, had everything we needed for cooking. Easily accessible. We couldn’t believe how great the inside was and then we walked outside to the pond! Caught many bass, and had a blast. 100% recommended if you are staying in the area for a game,concert, etc. Only 30 mins away from Oxyford!

Very clean
Very clean and spacious rental. Loved the tin ceilings and wood planks on all the walls. Easy drive to Oxford. Use key pad combination to enter the rental. Liked that we didn’t need to carry around keys for entry. Short drive to Como Steakhouse restaurant which you must try out for dinner. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay
This was a great and comfy looking build/house. You can tell it was newly built, but we had a family emergency and could not stay. So we got to this location and wasn’t there 10 minutes and had to leave for the whole weekend and miss out on the ole miss Alabama game. We lost a lot this weekend not only money wise. It was to late to get a partial refund much less a full one. The host was really great and understanding, since it happened the same day as the day we checked in it was totally out of everyone’s hands. Like I said great host and speedy response. We will definitely keep this house in mind.
