Cathedral ceilings, new paint, updated kitchen, bathroom, floors and all new furniture. Only 2 level complex, all the walls are separated from other units, no connected walls. King size master bed, and queen size is in the second bedroom. Cable (both bedrooms have TVs with cable), high speed internet all the utilities are included in the rent accept electric. One designated parking and guest parking is available. SEA VILLA is located in a turtle nesting zone during nesting season. An enormous private oceanfront patio for relaxing and watching the sea dolphins and SPACE LAUNCHES. The Orlando International Airport and the theme parks are less than 1hr away.
