Direct OCEANFRONT condo on 2nd floor, balcony is just 30 feet from the seawall with the ocean on the other side! No screens on the balcony to block your view or picture taking.

PLEASE NOTE: NO SWIMMING POOL is available at this time.

1) Due to hurricane damage November 2022, the SWIMMING POOL and all outside areas on the ocean side of the building are closed until further notice.
This condo unit is in the closest building to the ocean in the area, just minutes south of Cocoa Beach. Beautiful sunrises while drinking your morning coffee on the open (no screens) balcony, directly on the ocean. Also, a great place to view rocket launches from the Kennedy Space Center. Miles of sandy beaches north and south of the condo to walk, exercise and play on. Shopping just minutes away. Many restaurants and activities nearby and north at Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, and south at Indialantic and Melbourne Beach. Orlando airport 50 minute drive, Disney 70 minute drive.

Perfect Oceanfront Experience
The 2nd floor balcony is like sitting right on top of the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean and beach left and right as well as straight forward. Saw two rocket launches that went in our direction south of Cape Canaveral. Awesome! The condo was equipped with everything you might need, including binoculars.

Relax on the beach
This is the closest I have stayed to the ocean surf. Great location. Quiet building. Older unit with older appliances. Very clean. This is our third time staying there. Owners are nice and accomodating.

Not booked for a vacation, but we loved it
We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the place was clean and even if appliances were old they worked well. The only complaint we had was not the owners fault- the stairs to the beach were closed due to red tape. They notified us in advance but since we were in town to help out a family member nearby that wasn’t top of our list. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Stay
It's an older building right on the ocean. The seawall had recently been completed when we were there. So, beach access is a short walk to the public bean access just south. If it's high tide, you can still get in a a nice run in the quiet neighborhood just across the street.

Amazing view
Was there for our sons wedding and it was an amazing view. Only real issue was no beach access on the property and it was supposed to be finished before my week. As my husband just passed away I wasn’t to comfortable yet going a lot by myself yet I didn’t venture down to the other beach access areas. It was ok I sunbathed on the balcony and spent most of my time on the balcony.

Had a great stay, Steve and Linda were great to rent from, They thought of everything you could possibly want and need. The view from the balcony was amazing, saw two launches, so close to the beach you could throw a stone in it. Very clean and I would recommend staying here!!!

This listing is as advertised. The condo is kept up very well. It was very clean and the building had adequate security. We never felt at risk. Security was very apparent and helpful. It was wonderful being right on the beach. Access to the beach was just a small walk down the sidewalk as the stairs to the beach at this complex has not been inspected yet from the authorities. This was not a deterrent to us. If you choose this rental I can’t imagine you’d be sorry

Wonderful time at the Beach
This condo had the perfect location right on the beach. It was very comfortable and was well stocked with anything we needed. Communication with owners was excellent. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise over the ocean. We also loved watching the dolphins swim by. Hope to come back one day.

Overall our stay was very good. Linda and Steven could not be better hosts. They respond to our needs very quickly. The condo itself is very nice and comfortable. It sits right on the ocean. The view was somewhat obstructed by the workers fixing the seawall. There is nothing you will need because Linda thinks of everything. We needed batteries and there they were in kitchen draw.

Exactly what we were hoping for. Right on the water, beautiful ocean views, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. One of the best vrbo's I've stayed in. Although the building is older, this unit has been updated and well maintained. The hosts were attentive and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location - Outstanding Apartment
The location speaks for itself. You could easily toss a ball into the ocean from the terrace! We watched several spectacular rocket launches from ring side seats. We have stayed in at least 8 VRBO properties in the last year. This was the most completely equipped and comfortable one by far. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We just hope that it is available the next time we stay in the area.

Nice waking to the waves every morning. Older but maintained unit. Some exterior construction to the sea wall and pool deck. My wife loved the kitchen with all utensils and some basic provisions. Both bedrooms had nice views

Great location, too bad the construction kinda gets in the way. The owner did let us know about there being no beach access & that they are fixing the ocean wall -just did not realize they would be so close to the unit & noisy. The unit & building are nice - a little dated. And the parking spot is very small. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Beautiful view and convenient location!
The view was spectacular and everything you would ever need is right around the corner! The owners were extremely thorough in their summary of the construction that was happening due to the hurricane damage, so we were fully aware of that being a possibility during our stay. However, there was only minimal construction noise and the shower water was hot, so it was a win for us! The walk to the beach was short and only took our car once to the beach access because of the short distance! We absolutely will be booking at this location again!! 10/10 loved every second!

Amazing beach side condo
This condo was amazing and the Castles made this experience amazing! Beautiful condo, gorgeous view, and multiple beach access points both private and public. The location is great and quiet for good family fun. The Castles made sure to be available to us and they were so nice to work with! Highly recommend!!

Amazing View
This was the perfect place for us to visit. The view is amazing... even with the construction. We watched a Satellite launch and saw a sea turtle come from the ocean. There is an American Legions and Bar right across the street if you just want to go have a drink and play darts or pool. We also visited beaches that were close by and Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. The host were very friendly and prompt with their responses. If we visit that area again- we will stay there!

Perfect!
Perfect location, perfect views! We had coffee every morning on the balcony and listened the ocean and watched the sunrise. We had everything we needed and more! Communication was key during the repairs, and this host did not disappoint!! They let us know everything we needed to know. Loved the condo! The lady sitting in the security vehicle was a bit rude when we tried to ask her a question, but that didn’t spoil our fun! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful view—but unexpected issues
The view from the balcony is heaven! The condo is exactly as described. The one parking space allotted is covered, however it is very very tight if you have an SUV. I had to let my daughter out before I parked because there was no way to open the door. There was some issue with water, so we did not have hot water. By the 2nd day I requested an early check out because there was no exact answer as to when the hot water would return. I don’t know about you, but after being at the beach all day, i like a long hot shower. The owners understood and refunded me the remainder of my trip.
