Great Location
Can’t get any better with the location. You walk right out into downtown and right in the middle of some great shops and restaurants. Loved the little patio at night as well. Good sized space, comfy king size bed. Would stay here again for sure.

It was wonderful! The location is awesome we could walk to everything. We could check in, park, and just enjoy Sagatuck. Recommendations: add more mirrors and hooks in the bathroom. Will be back!!!

Not clean at all
The condo was quite dirty from finding someone else's sock in a bedroom, finding blood on the pillow case, the carpeting and furniture had many stains. The condo in general is very dated, even the toilet seat was chipping. The bathroom sink had a crack and the kitchen had minimal cooking items if you planned to eat in. The outside patio was nice for sitting but also very dirty. When you would go in and out to the patio you always tracked something in. If it would have been swept this would not have happened. The blinds had not been clean in some time and there were many cobwebs. We did email Bella Vita who called us the next day but we were out vacationing so we did not respond until later. They wanted to make it right by sending their cleaners. It was too late, it should have been clean and spotless when we got there. We didn't want random people in our space with our things. I did go talk to Bella Vita when we were leaving and they said they tried to make it right and responded to us the next day and that they made a mistake, they said they are in the height of their season so that was their excuse. They did not apologize and basically said that is the way it is. We felt stuck, after you pay there is nothing you can do to get any return on your investment. As far as making a mistake, that is unacceptable. That was quite a mistake.. My feeling is they don't care, they take your money and know you are stuck. We won't be staying with them again.

Great Central Location in Saugatuck
There are pros and cons with having a property centrally located, like this one. Obvious pros are the short distance to everything. Some cons include the parking situation. There aren't dedicated spaces. Street parking, unless you're looking in the early morning, is hard to come by. The closest lot fills up quick and there is another that is a bit of a walk way. While checking-in, especially if you're bringing food and other things with you for more than a night or two, parking can be a challenge. Another con is that during the summer and especially on the weekends, there is some entertainment at a nearby bar that can be heard from the rental. If you're a really light sleeper and/or you go to bed early you may hear the music. The unit itself is very good for basic needs. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. The beds were adequate and the rest of the furniture was comfortable. There is some wear and tear but I don't feel as though it wasn't reasonable. The deck and patio furniture was an added bonus. We had a hard time getting a good signal from the wifi and Verizon didn't even have the best signal but we didn't come to Saugatuck to be on our devices all day long so it wasn't a problem. Restauants, shops, entertainment are all within walking distance and that was the main reason we picked this location. If I were going back to Saugatuck I'd definitely consider going back to this unit.
