Forgot our pillow
Visiting the area, needed a simple room for two nights. Staff was very good. Hotel guests were very loud. Not much rest, but overall it worked out well for us. We forgot our pillow, but the staff went out of their way to get it back to us after check out.

Friendly people and great value in Boston area
The front desk staff was very friendly during checkin and checkout and offered tips for navigating around Boston. The hotel breakfast was excellant. If I am ever in Boston again, I will go back.

Shower leaked, sink doesnt drain that youre supposed to use as a bathroom sink. Brushed my teeth and then had to stick my hand in spit water to pull the drain out enough for it to drain otherwise it would have overflowed.

I had a reservation somewhere else that fell through and HI Saugus was able to accommodate me as a last minute walk-in. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and room was clean and very comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again and highly recommend!!
