Parking lot was full, so was assigned a city lot in the back of the hotel. We are in our seventies so moving the luggage was not the easiest given the distance. Nice place just difficult parking and neighborhood had some loud partiers.

When we checked in we were told the pool is open. When we looked online, it said it wasn't so we didn't bring swim suits. They had opened it that day. Very disappointing. It took three trips from our room to the front desk to get keys that worked. Even when they did finally work the door stuck so you had to force it open. The ceiling of our room had a large area that had been inexpertly repaired from a leak or something.

Nice hotel to stay and very close to basic amenities. Broad-walk (an attraction at Sault Ste.Marie) is just across the street.

Loved the hotel!!!! Everything was excellent, we had the room with the fireplace, came in late from travelling, was a nice surprise to open up the door and see 500 square feet of awesomeness. Breakfast was a deluxe, fresh pancakes with all the toppings.
