It is pet friendly facility. I wish the pets owners can stay in one designated area. The big dogs not only loud, but also launching at people. It was a very frightening experience to me.

The property is rather old and the bathtub was all marked up, so I did not take a bath. Only took a shower. However, it was clean

Swore I wouldn't go back to the Quality Inn after Sonny left and Johnny Chophouse left as well. Had no choice ,stayed there again. The staff were and always have been great, the the condition of the hotel is declining rapidly. Room was a bit grimy again and with Johnnys gone and no restaurant replacing feel the decline is continuing. Its a bummer because I have stay there no less than 60 nights over the years and hate finding a new go-to in the Soo. Again, that being said, the front staff have no control over the decline. they have always been the friendliest and most competent front staff I have ever encountered.
